Senator Klobuchar Speaks at Natural Gas Summit

United States Senator Amy Klobuchar is speaking at the Minnesota Summit on Natural Gas in Trucking today, October 17, 2013.
She is slated to speak between 11:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. This will be her first public appearance in Minnesota upon returning from Washington, D.C.
"Senator Klobuchar understands that trucking is the lifeblood of this nation’s economy,” said Minnesota Trucking Association President John Hausladen. "She knows that when truckers reduce their costs and reduce emissions, everybody wins. We are glad she will join us to share her vision and learn more about what natural gas has to offer the trucking industry.”
The Minnesota Summit on Natural Gas in Trucking takes place at the Earle Brown Heritage Center, 6155 Earle Brown Drive, Brooklyn Center, Minnesota. The event runs from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. It features a full program of nationally-known experts, booths and a display of natural gas-powered vehicles.
