All Carriers

As a Minnesota Carrier, you are required to use Minnesota as your base state for the Unified Carrier Program.  In filing your 2008 application, you have the following options:

  1. The preferred method and the highly recommended one is that you register in the national UCR on-line system hosted by the Indiana Department of Revenue.  Go to www.ucr.in.gov and follow the step by step instructions.  Payments may be made on-line using MasterCard, Visa or e-Check.

  1. You may also complete the attached UCR Application and figure your UCR Fees for 2008.  Your check should be made payable to “Minnesota Commissioner of Transportation” and mail it to the Minnesota Department of Transportation at the address below.

  1. You may also bring your application and check to the Transportation Building, and drop off your application, or the Minnesota Department of Transportation will also have a limited number of computers available in their lobby area for you to use and file electronically, and pay on line.
